Position Summary
Neu Life Rehabilitation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support administrative operations in our Louisiana location. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth office functions, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications
- Assist with payroll support and timekeeping processes
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and leadership
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience
- Experience in healthcare or human services preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (iSolved preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
