Fleet Administrator

Job Description

Inner Parish Security Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support our Fleet Operations across the company. This position reports to our corporate office in Hammond, LA during normal business hours and works closely with our Fleet Manager, Operations Administrators, Regional Managers, and Branch Managers. This role is integral to our daily operations and requires professionalism, organization, and a strong commitment to excellence.

This position requires some schedule flexibility, including the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, or extended hours during emergency and urgent response efforts. Candidates must understand and commit to the 24-hour nature of our operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Fleet Administration:

  • Maintain and manage fleet files and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain fuel accounts
  • Process and review MVRs
  • Manage fleet telematics systems
  • Assign and track company vehicles
  • Assist with insurance documentation and license plate renewals

Operations Administration Support:

  • Assist with maintaining office supplies
  • Support field operations with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Set up new jobs and maintain active job files
  • Assist Operations Administration team as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Technologically proficient
  • Ability to understand and implement processes and policies

  • Ability to maintain a regular but flexible schedule
Physical & Mental Requirements

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent
