Coordinator For External Records
Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of the Registrar invites applications for the position of Coordinator for External Records. The Coordinator for External Records reports to the Assistant Registrar for External Records and is responsible for the input and articulation of external academic records for students. This position assists with the administration of national examinations and other assessments as directed while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all testing and student record processes in accordance with institutional policies and professional standards.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data workflow processes or experience working in an educational environment utilizing enterprise systems such as Banner, Oracle, Workday, or similar technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in higher education.
- Experience with data management and workflow processes.
Desired knowledge, abilities and skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external constituents.
- Willingness and ability to learn new software systems and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Must be committed to working with diverse populations.
