U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service, helping customers with products and services and ensuring equipment is ready for use. You will inspect, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and assist with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing invoices, and educating customers. Certifications for propane and forklift may be provided after employment, and ongoing U-Haul education is available.
