This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hammond, LA, for an Assistant Manager at Kingdom Family Entertainment. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, support the team in ensuring a fun and safe environment, and assist with staffing and training. Responsibilities include inventory management, event coordination, cash handling, and monitoring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

This role also involves contributing to marketing activities and maintaining the facility to ensure the venue remains an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.

• Leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with event planning, coordination, and execution
• Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and operational processes
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional activities is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industry is beneficial
