Here's what we're looking for.

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Safely sorting, loading, and unloading dunnage while maintaining proper ergonomics and lifting techniques.
• Must identify good dunnage from bad, keep dunnage levels maintained to prevent line shutdowns, and sort materials at a steady pace.
• Separating usable pallets from damaged ones, using a pallet aligner to maintain stack height, and safely staging damaged pallets in designated areas.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and leadership approval for staging outside the designated area is required.
