RPC SORTER

Job Overview

As a Material Handler (RPC Sorter) you will hand‑sort returnable plastic containers, stack them on pallets, inspect quality, secure shipments, and maintain inventory records. This role supports efficient production and shipping for our sites.

• Hand stack RPCs on pallets to the appropriate height per inventory control instructions
• Examine products for quality standards
• Remove trash and debris before returning to customer
• Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment
• Move pallets or materials around the storage facility
• Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager regularly

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, air particulate)
• Repetitive body position adjustments for shifts
• Noise level tolerance
• Must wear PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Close, distance, and color vision required
• Capability to lift up to 10 lbs routinely and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Work in 3rd shift Friday–Monday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
