Community Sales Director

The Community Sales Director at The Phoenix at Hammond leads all sales and outreach efforts to drive occupancy in our senior living community. In this onsite role, you will build trusting relationships with seniors, families, and referral partners, guiding them through the decision-making process with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting tours and presentations, coordinating move-ins, and representing the community  will collaborate closely with care and operations teams to align services with resident needs while reflecting our family-oriented culture focused on respect and enhanced senior life.
