IPSC is currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy individuals to join our elite team at the 24/7 Corporate Communications Center which is open 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

Schedule:

Stand-by / Part-time position:

1 guaranteed shift per week, On call for other shifts.

Pay Rate: $13.00

The ideal candidate would:

• Be able to follow procedures accurately & consistently.

The Responsibilities:
As a Telecommunicator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and response.

Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining punctuality and adhering to assigned shifts consistently. Demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excell. Communicating with others over the phone concisely and effectively. Promptly handling inbound calls including transferring them efficiently and maintaining meticulous message records. Monitoring alarm signals vigilantly and promptly notifying the relevant authorities when necessary. Dispatching calls with precision, managing absentee notifications, and handling call-offs alongside related clerical duties.
