• Carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

• HVAC or EPA certification (required).
• Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.

• Lift objects up to 75 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, and twist into small areas.
• Bend forward when picking up objects from the ground.
• Reach overhead for an extended period of time due to overhead repair work.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
