We are looking for a passionate and reliable driver to deliver our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely, safe, and courteous manner. The role involves inspecting orders, handling customer interactions, and maintaining accurate status updates through the Insomnia delivery app.

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to manage deliveries, adhering to company standards, and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must own a car, license, valid registration, and insurance
• Must pass a motor vehicles background check
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
