Accounts Receivable Accountant

Beacon Hill is working with a growing company in Hammonton, NJ that is looking to bring on an AR Accountant to support their accounting team. This is a hybrid, contract‑to‑hire opportunity and an ideal role for someone early in their accounting career looking for long‑term growth.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Apply cash payments and reconcile AR activity
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past‑due balances
• Assist with collections efforts and customer account inquiries
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support month‑end close related to AR
• Maintain accurate customer and payment records

• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience or internship‑level accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working in Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
