Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Overview

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our service and tire sales centers in Sicklerville, NJ. Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations.

• Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently, safely and effectively; enforce policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and ensure team safety.
• Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services; direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers; assess needs; provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18; legally authorized to work in the United States; and possess one of the following: (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties.
