A top restoration company is looking for an Estimator with Reconstruction/Construction experience.
The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction/restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.
Responsibilities:
- Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate reconstruction projects
- Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements
- Educate customers on process
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Maintain customer, client, and third party communications
Qualifications:
- Customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in restoration and reconstruction estimating is a must
- High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
- Experience in the construction project management field
- Proficient in Xactimate
