The Nail Technician can be a full or part-time, on-site role based at Taffeta Salon & Spa in Hammonton, NJ. This role is responsible for providing professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, and application of polish and treatments. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic and advanced nail care, creating nail art designs, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, and following health and safety guidelines.

The Nail Technician will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend services and products, and deliver a positive, consistent guest experience. The role also involves scheduling and managing appointments, supporting front-desk processes when needed, and contributing to a friendly, team-oriented salon atmosphere.

• Strong Nail Care skills, including manicures, pedicures, and general maintenance of Nails.
• Training or experience in Cosmetology with a focus on nail services and related salon practices.
• Ability to design and execute Nail Art, including classic, modern, and custom looks.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build client relationships.
• State-approved nail technician or cosmetology license (or eligibility to obtain, as required by New Jersey regulations).
• Commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all services and work areas.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred, along with an interest in ongoing professional development.
