Sr. Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Consultant to join our team in Hammonton, New Jersey. In this role, you will lead complex Oracle Cloud implementation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and provide exceptional consulting services to clients across diverse industries. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and other modules to drive successful project outcomes while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, resources, and organizational goals.

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, document processes, and facilitate workshops to define future-state solutions.

- Manage cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

- Drive change management strategies to enhance user adoption and maximize the value of Oracle Cloud investments.

- Act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable business solutions.

- Develop and oversee testing cycles, post-production support plans, and transition strategies for seamless project completion.

- Analyze business challenges, recommend future-state improvements, and align processes with system capabilities.

- Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and guide critical discussions to ensure project decisions align with strategic goals.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout engagements.

- Mentor and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative culture and encouraging growth. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in services or a related industry.

- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud modules, including Financials, and familiarity with cloud implementation processes.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and audit compliance processes.

- Proven ability to manage projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive results.

- Supervisory experience, including team mentoring and coordination.

- Certification in Oracle Cloud or related areas is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
