Emaint-Cmms Application Software Support Specialist

Client is seeking an experienced eMaint-CMMS Application Software Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively. This is a hybrid role. Candidate needs to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The hiring team is interested in candidates who are familiar/experienced with eMaint. This resource will act as the department "expert" on the software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team to resolve system issues and answer technical questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides.
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans.
• Configure application integrations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application software support.
• Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API's integrations.
• Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
