Maintenance Technician

Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, focusing on preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

$18/hr

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and ensure a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
• Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues. Handle and supervise snow removal and landscaping tasks.
• Respond to off‑hours facility emergencies as needed. Participate in corporate‑level risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
• Effective time management skills.
