We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player to join our team as a Produce Quality Control Inspector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to build a long-term career with a stable, established company.

This is an entry-level position reporting to the QCIC Manager. Produce or warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Weekend work and flexibility to work various shifts are required.

What You’ll DoInspect incoming and outgoing produce to ensure it meets company and customer quality standards.

Identify, document, and report quality concerns or damaged product to management.

Understand and follow customer-specific quality requirements and specifications.

Inspect, photograph, and document outbound shipments before they leave the warehouse.

Receive, count, photograph, tag, and process incoming shipments, including customer returns.

Assist with product identification during USDA inspections.

Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, dock, and refrigerated storage areas.

Follow all company food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures.

What We Offer Competitive starting pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
