The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchento guests' tables quickly and efficiently. You will collaborate with the kitchenstaff, servers, and management to ensure the highest quality service. Attention to detail and communication skills are essential in this role to ensure orders are delivered accurately andthat guests have everything they need for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Transport food orders from the kitchen to guest tables in a timelyand professional manner.
• Ensure all food orders are complete and accurate before serving.
• Verify that each dish is presented correctly and is at the propertemperature.
• Assist servers in delivering additional items like drinks, sauces,condiments, or utensils as needed.
• Check in with guests to ensure they have everything they needand address any additional requests.
• Communicate any special dietary needs, allergies, or guest requests to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food running station.
• Assist with other duties, such as restocking supplies, as neededby the restaurant team.

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and coworkers.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavytrays or food orders (up to 25 pounds).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
