As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting bartenders by ensuring all bars are stocked with the necessary supplies, ice, and clean equipment. You will also manage kegs, assist with drink orders during busy periods, and maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar. Your efficiency and attention to detail will be critical in keeping the bar running smoothly and ensuring the best service for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
• Ensure tables are set and clean prior to seating guests.
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, when necessary.
• Answer the phone, take reservations, and assist with inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies, or directions.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely seating and service.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are comfortable and attended to.
• Assist with light cleaning duties such as wiping down menus,sweeping the entrance, and tidying up the lobby area.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including COVID-19guidelines, when applicable .

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably ina restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
