All Bartenders mustbe

TlPS certified within 30days of their hire date.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, in a fast-paced environment.
• Take drink orders from guests, both at the bar and via servers, ensuring all orders are accurate and made to the guest's preferences.
• Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and offering drink recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning glassware, and ensuring all tools and supplies are readily available.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring the bar is fully stocked.
• Check identification to verify guests are of legal drinking age, following all alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
• Keep track of tabs and close them out accurately at the end of service.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Clean and maintain bar tools and equipment, ensuring all items are sanitized and in proper working condition.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and securing the bar area.
• Ensure the proper storage of alcohol and other beverages to meet health and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
• Stay updated on new cocktails, drink trends, and the restaurant's menu to enhance the guest experience.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor, beer, wine, and drink preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to drink orders and customer service.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bartender certification (where required by law) or food handling certification is a plus.
