Customer Service Associate (CSA)
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. You are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age‑restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full and inviting.
- Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and more.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
Hourly range: $15.00 - $18.75, commensurate with position, experience and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am and 6am.
