Salary: $19.00 Annually

The Direct Sales Assistant is responsible for calling new, established and routed accounts to generate sales, increase distribution and meet organizational sales goals. The Direct Sales Assistant will also deliver Point of Sale including but not limited to glassware, tap handles, giveaways, etc.

• Make routed sales calls to pre-established accounts, respond to emails, texts and voicemails on Sunday and Monday and as needed.
• Work in trade to visit customers to build relationships and deliver point of sale as needed.
• Increase targeted distribution in assigned accounts.
• Increase sales in assigned accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable in assigned accounts.
• Maintain quality at retail objectives at retail.
• Present and instruct customers how to use Kramer’s online ordering portal.
• Work collaboratively within a multiple department environment.
• Conduct business in accordance with the guidelines and expectations established by Kramer Beverage.
• Secure specific tactical objectives to move accounts from “non-buying” to “winning” as measured by Kramer’s standards.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all suppliers to positively portray the image of Kramer Beverage.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the retail trade.
• Attend trade and industry events as required.
• Attend brewery-sponsored events when necessary.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, IPAD, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
