Security Officer Part Time Guest Intake

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with authorized personnel regarding entry requests;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating concerns through proper channels;
Support front desk operations within a financial institution location by answering questions, providing directions, and helping to address security-related concerns from staff and guests;
Observe lobby and reception areas for suspicious, disruptive, and/or unauthorized activity, and help to deter issues through visible presence and timely reporting
