Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking seasonal Agricultural Health Educators to help remove barriers to care for agricultural workers in our service area. The role coordinates care after initial visits, includes referrals, education, advocacy, and support services.
Hours are seasonal, typically 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, through October 1, 2025. Prior experience in outreach and case management is preferred; bilingual Spanish/Creole is a plus.
