An established, highly respected independent garage is looking for a top-tier Vehicle Technician with genuine high-end ability to join its professional workshop.

• £40,000-£45,000 starting salary
• Pay review after just 30 days
• Weekly or monthly pay - your choice
• Monday to Friday only - no weekends
• 8:00am-5:00pm working hours
• 1-hour proper lunch break (13:00-14:00)

You'll be carrying out servicing,
advanced diagnostics
, MOT testing and complex mechanical repairs across a wide range of vehicles.

The focus is firmly on:

• Accurate fault finding
• Strong diagnostic reasoning
• High-level mechanical ability
• Quality workmanship from start to finish

We're looking for someone who can confidently tackle challenging jobs, interpret data properly, and solve problems without throwing parts at vehicles.

If you hold an MOT Tester licence
, that would be a significant advantage and highly valued within the workshop. However, it is not essential for the right technician.

• Solid experience as a high-performing Vehicle Technician
• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
• Strong diagnostic ability and logical thinking
• Confidence handling complex repairs independently
• Pride, professionalism, and a proper work ethic

An MOT Tester licence would be a strong bonus - but top mechanical and diagnostic ability comes first.
