Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s most trusted FM companies. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around Hampshire and surroundings, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPMs. Industry‑leading training and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company are provided.

Responsibilities

PPMs and reactive work
Maintain boilers, AHU's, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing, fans, pumps etc.
Inspection, fault finding and diagnostics
Participate in an on‑call rota (details discussed in interview)
Work 42.5 hours per week

Requirements

ACS Commercial Gas Qualification (essential)
NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC (essential)
F Gas Category 1 (desirable)
18th Edition (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
