The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. They engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team's success.

• Work in the deli and provide front‑line customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• In the bakery, help customers celebrate special moments by preparing and decorating items.
• Support the dry grocery department and help customers find items.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves and departments, including temperature control, date checks, and disposal of lower‑quality food.
• Perform general food safety and sanitation duties across all fresh food or grocery areas.

• Assist customers in finding products and fulfilling orders.
• Ensure high quality produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other items.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.
