Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, provide assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer interests. They maintain the Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may mix paint or cut fabric.
CompensationHourly wage range: $15.5 - $28.5 per hour.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
