Auto Sales Rep job at Hampstead Pre-Owned. Hampstead, MD.
Job DescriptionHiring Immediately - Bilingual and English Speaking Automotive Sales Reps. No sales experience required.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers
- Maintain and upkeep the sales floor
- Take customers on test drives
- Solve any problems the customer may have
- Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
- Build customer relationships to drive sales
- Set a clear goal for sales performance
- Show up on time
- Adhere to uniform requirements
- Work independently throughout the day
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (not required)
- Good organizational skills
- Capable communicator
- Ability to excel in a high-paced industry
- Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required)
We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
CompensationAverage yearly compensation: up to $120,000+
BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 401K.
