Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and help deter unauthorized entry and disruptions to daily operations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels;
Support logistics and distribution operations by observing trailer, vehicle, and pedestrian movement, assisting with traffic flow at designated areas, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
