Summary
Performs supervisory responsibilities for managing all on-site aspects of electrical construction projects up to $30M in size.
This individual is accountable for providing daily direction and leadership to on-site personnel to ensure quality installation, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with labor budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades
• Manage, track, and meet project schedules and labor budgets
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
• Initiate requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment
• Supervise the operation of the entire project
• Enforce safety regulations, rules, and working conditions in compliance with company and OSHA standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 10 years of related experience, including supervisory or lead experience
• Considerable experience as a journeyman electrician or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Proven experience managing projects in the $2M+ range
• Strong communication skills required

• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
• Ability to supervise and lead skilled electricians
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders, including supervisors, team members, vendors, and clients
