Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts.
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors and other trades
- Responsible for managing, tracking and meeting project schedules and labor budgets
- Ensure all installations meet quality and NEC standards.
- Initiates requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts.
- Supervises the operation of the entire project.
- Enforces and ensures safety regulations, rules, and working conditions meet current company and OSHA Standards
- High school diploma or GED; 10 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience and considerable experience as a journeyman electrician or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent communication skills. Must have experience running jobs in $2M plus range
- Considerable knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA Regulations
- Ability to supervise the work of skilled electricians
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, vendors and all personnel.
