Warehouse Worker; 1st shift

Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift (7am–3:30pm), $20/hour

Join our team at Stanley Black & Decker in Hampstead, MD, where you'll support the distribution of iconic tools and equipment.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order printouts.
• Use UPS World Ship software daily to process shipments.
• Assist in special mailings and inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally >100 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with UPS World Ship; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is a plus.
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours.
