7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• 12 months of role experience are required, with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Pediatric Psychiatric Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred (from any number of months).
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from the last 2 years.

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from the facility to be submitted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Required Skills/

Experience:

• Previous pediatric psych experience
• Phlebotomy experience - must be willing to perform blood draws on pediatric/adolescent population

Unit/Facility Details: This is a pediatric/adolescent psych facility. Traveler must be aware and willing to work with a pediatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: 2nd Shift ONLY - Weekends Required

7 days maximum time off

2 references required for submission (any reference type).

Proof of identification required for submission.
