American Traveler is hiring a Psychiatric RN for a 3rd shift pediatric/adolescent psych position requiring phlebotomy experience and prior pediatric psych experience.

• Work in a pediatric/adolescent psychiatric and residential treatment facility
• 3rd shift schedule only
• Care for a pediatric and adolescent patient population
• Perform blood draws on pediatric/adolescent patients as needed
• Administer medication and medical treatments as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team

• Active NH or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• CPI certification required
• Previous pediatric psychiatric nursing experience required
• Phlebotomy experience required and must be willing to perform blood draws on pediatric/adolescent patients

• Perform general and specialized nursing duties under the direction of the Nurse Manager
• Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive treatment planning with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Uphold the facility's mission and vision through its established Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles
• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered for this position
