Pool Renovation Foreman Job Hampstead area,New Hampshire USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

Looking to make a move with a growing high energy pool company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Renovation Foreman.

We are in search of a detail-oriented team player who has experience with liner and safety cover installations.

Responsibilities Include:

Liner and safety cover installs
Ensure proper layout and elevations for each pool job
Monitor and communicate with the construction teams throughout the day
Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
Work with support staff to move the jobs along in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy at each stage of the project
Maintain payment schedule with customers
Maintain proper gross margin on all projects by properly tracking job costs.
Maintain an inventory of all items that the construction teams need
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
Ensure company standards and practices are maintained
Collaborate with the service managers

Qualifications:

Experience with concrete saws, core drills, jackhammer, shovels, digging, pool plumbing repairs and concrete mixing
Ability to lead a team
Experience in a construction or excavation business
Strong customer service skills
Positive attitude
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
Fast learner
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Late days and weekends may be needed during the peak of the season.

From $75,000.00 per year
