• 4+ years experience in the Roofing Industry
• OSHA knowledge/training (Certification a Plus)
• Knowledge of Roofing Products, Siding Products knowledge a plus
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery
• Ability to perform physical labor when required
• Coachable with Desire to Learn
• Self-Motivated & Dedicated
• Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Active Listener
• Comfortable with Building & Maintaining Relationships

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED

• Full-time employment-Salary Range: $68k-75k
