Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking a hands‑on, motivated, and customer‑focused Field Operations Specialist to support roofing and exterior construction operations. The ideal candidate will have solid roofing industry experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, employees, and project teams.

• Support and coordinate day‑to‑day field operations for roofing and exterior construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers, field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor job‑site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Assist with identifying and resolving field issues and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Apply knowledge of roofing products and installation practices; siding knowledge is a plus.
• Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job‑site machinery as needed.
• Perform physical labor and assist with field activities when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project information.
• Manage priorities and schedules effectively to support timely project completion.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous professional development.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• 4+ years of experience in the roofing industry.
• OSHA knowledge or training; OSHA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of roofing products and materials.
• Siding product knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job‑site machinery.
• Ability to perform physical labor when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
