The Administrative Assistant will provide general office and personnel support as needed. The primary function of the role is to help those at the site to be as efficient as possible by providing the necessary support so they can focus on the value‑added parts of their roles and stay on track and on time. This is a multifaceted working opportunity.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction department.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and paper).
- Work effectively in a professional environment.
- Work efficiently with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Consistent dependability and availability.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Aptitude to learn new systems.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word and skilled use of office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
- Skill in learning new computer software packages.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1–2 years of experience in the administrative assistant field.
The physical demands are those associated with working in a typical office environment and miscellaneous filed travel.
