Engineering Services Coordinator

The Engineering Services Coordinator is responsible for diverse administrative tasks supporting the Distribution Automation Division's (DAD) team. The ultimate mission of this role is to coordinate application engineering tasks and enter orders as they are submitted.

• Enter job orders into our ERP system/Business Central
• Performs general clerical and data entry duties for the engineering team
• Loading bills-of-materials, process Engineering Change Request
• Advance release and releasing of live parts
• Scanning drawings/other documents, maintaining records and databases
• Processing Emergency Engineering Information/Customer Service Request.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer order deadlines are met.
• Send and follow-up on approval drawings, shipments, and requests for information from customers.
• May be asked to provide occasional back-up duties for other members on the team.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.

• High School or GED
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work record and attendance.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Proficiency with Auto Cad/Solidworks
