Now Hiring – Bilingual Construction Site Interpreter (Spanish/English)

Starting Pay: $23.00 per Hour

We are seeking a reliable, professional Bilingual Construction Site Interpreter to support communication between English- and Spanish-speaking employees, supervisors, and project management on active commercial construction projects. This is a critical role that helps ensure clear communication, productivity, and a safe work environment.

• Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Hours may vary depending on project and client requirements.

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between English and Spanish for employees, supervisors, and project management
• Translate safety meetings, toolbox talks, work instructions, and daily briefings
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training sessions
• Interpret during meetings involving project managers, safety personnel, and client representatives
• Help communicate project expectations, work assignments, schedule changes, and company policies
• Assist with translating written documents, forms, signage, and safety materials when needed
• Promote effective communication while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Support supervisors with employee questions and conflict resolution
• Assist with general administrative and project support tasks as assigned
• Ensure all communications are translated accurately and impartially

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working in an active commercial construction environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Completion of all required client and company safety orientation and training
• Work effectively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality
• Previous construction experience or construction terminology is preferred but not required
