We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT). This accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position. The role is ideal for someone passionate about leadership, thriving in a fast‑paced customer service environment, and wanting to grow within an expanding national company.

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening and closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining a smooth site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer quality expectations.
• Progress through the program toward an Assistant General Manager role and ultimately leading your own location as a General Manager.

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, supervising shifts or managing people in a customer‑facing environment.
• Understanding of high‑volume retail or service operations and how to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.
• Strong initiative, examples of leading by example, and drive performance, motivation, and accountability.
• Excellent coaching and development skills, delivering clear feedback and building confidence.
• Organized and able to stay focused in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities.
• Positive attitude toward working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Quick to adapt, curious, and excited to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly expanding, people‑first company.
