Join our team as a 1st shift Machine Operator (Monday-Friday with OT as needed 5:00am-3:30pm), where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Operate various high speed liquid filling machinery including but not limited to fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, depalletizers, case erectors, and heat induction sealers.
• Examine and act on production orders to determine quantities to be manufactured, job specifications and/or special instructions.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on the assigned equipment and perform minor equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Follow Safety / GMP guidelines.

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in the packaging industry.
• Production knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for effective manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to verbally communicate, read and write in English.
• Basic mathematics skills required.
• Must be able to take direction and work unsupervised.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $20.60/hr. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
