Residential Nurse - Hampton PRN

Overview

Seeking an LPN or RN to work PRN at a residential adolescent group home program in Hampton, GA. 1 Shift/week AND 1 Weekend/month REQUIRED. Starting pay is $28/hr for LPN and $35/hr for RN, with additional pay based on years of nursing experience. Shift differential: $3/hr on nights and weekends.

As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct nursing care and be responsible for administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engaging with the youth served and their families/guardians.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited LPN or RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required.
• Six months to one year of nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory results from drug screen and background check.
• Overnight availability, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am, every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability and holidays required.
• Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30 am to 5:30 pm daily.
