Job Description
Seeking a dedicated LPN to work full‑time shifts at a residential adolescent group home program in Hampton, GA. Five 8‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Two‑week orientation required.
As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct care nursing and also be responsible for administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engaging with the youth served and their families or guardians.
Shift DetailsFT shifts: 8‑hour, five days per week with every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Orientation: two weeks, paid, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. daily.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $28/hr for LPN and $35/hr for RN, with additional pay based on experience.
Shift differential: additional $3/hr on nights and weekends.

Qualifications- Completion of accredited LPN or RN program and current Georgia nursing license.
- Six months to one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful drug screen and background check.
- Overnight availability 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m., every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays required.
- Ability to complete a two‑week paid orientation class, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. daily.
