KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing, privately held company near North Hampton, NH that is looking to hire a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, with exposure to both traditional accounting and assist with payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant accounting operations experience (AP, AR, Payroll etc.)

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate posting of all transactions
• Process payroll for multiple small entities with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with bookkeeping activities for a private office
• Generate monthly financial statements and support internal reporting
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures

• 3+ years of relevant general ledger focused accounting experience
• Familiarity with AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable handling confidential information across entities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Quick Books, Net Suite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience using payroll software similar to ADP, Paylocity, Kronos etc.

$65,000- $75,000 based on overall experience + Competitive Benefits package
