Licensing Administrator

Location: Seacoast, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week | Hybrid

  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Monday-Wednesday onsite;
    Thursday-Friday remote

Pay: $20-$23.75/hour
Duration: 3+ months

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Licensing Administrator to join their team on the Seacost, NH. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with documentation, deadlines, and multiple departments.

The Licensing Administrator will support licensing renewals for corporate locations and help ensure that important records, applications, fees, and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Complete applications and filing requirements for state, city, occupancy, and other licensing renewals
    .
  • Organize and cross-reference documents in SharePoint and Smartsheet to maintain accurate records.
  • Track licensing information and conduct research on applicable fees and requirements.
  • Create and issue requisitions and purchase orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Construction, Legal, and Accounting/Finance teams.
  • Manage incoming mail and correspondence.
  • Assist with additional licensing, organization, and administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Previous licensing experience strongly preferred and required for consideration at the higher end of the pay range.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operations environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    .
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Positive, flexible, team-oriented "can-do" attitude
    .
