Southern District YMCA is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our new Preschool Program at the Hampton Center. You will oversee curriculum development, classroom management, family communication, staff supervision, licensing compliance, and program quality.
Responsibilities include creating a safe, nurturing learning environment for ages 3–5, coordinating observations, and mentoring associate teachers and aides.
